The Port of New Ross has a wide choice of facilities in five locations on both sides of the River Barrow at New Ross town.

The 30m-long Town Jetty on the east side of the river and the 60m-long Marshmeadows Jetty, the port’s dedicated oil berth are both operated by New Ross Port Company.

The 30m-long Town Jetty at New Ross Harbour Office is a liquid and dry bulk facility. Marshmeadows Jetty is also a dry bulk facility with weighbridge.

On the east side of the river is the 215m-long Rosbercon Jetty, owned by Stafford Shipping, which has a weighbridge and can cater for two vessels at the same time.

Also on the east side of the river is Raheen Jetty, a dry bulk facility, at 60m long.

Downriver at Stokestown is a 60m pontoon berth with weighbridge and nearby warehousing and open storage.

Mobile cranes

are available on all berths.

Each of the port locations have good access to national primary routes and motorways.
